Precision Spot Weld & Micro Welding
Some of the parts or components are require to be joint together, by using precision spot weld or micro welding, we are able to greatly minimize burr and prevent part distortion.
Adhesive Bonding & Hydrophobic Coat
We are able to provide adhesive bonding like metal to metal, metal to plastic. There are many types of methods to do bonding: Polymers, Super Glue, Film & Tape.
Part Sorting & Customized Packaging
This is the final station and process before delivery, sometimes part sorting and customized packaging is done to prevent it from tangling or abrasion.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
We are able to do provide ultrasonic cleaning process when there is high requirement on parts appearance or cosmetic.
